Create a program by signing in, opening Programs, tapping New program, then entering the name families recognise, a logo, a short description and your city. The program holds every team you run, and you can edit any detail later from Settings without breaking existing join codes.
Your program sits above your teams. It holds your name, your logo and the short description families see when they join. You create it once, and every team you add afterwards lives inside it.
Create your program
- Sign in and open Programs.
- Tap New program.
- Enter the program name families will recognise. Use the name on the jerseys, not a legal entity name.
- Upload a logo. A square image of at least 512 by 512 pixels looks best. If you do not have one yet, skip it and add it later.
- Add a one or two sentence description. This is the first thing a parent reads on the join screen.
- Set your city and state so families can tell they have the right program.
- Tap Create.
What to do next
Your program is empty until you add a team. Create your first team, then invite families with a join code. If you run more than one age group, create a team for each rather than putting everyone in one room.
Changing details later
Open the program, tap Settings, and edit any field. Name and logo changes appear for every member straight away. Changing the name does not break existing join codes.
Who can do this
Only the person who created the program owns it. Assistant coaches can be given access to individual teams, but they cannot rename or delete the program.
