Create a team from your program by tapping Teams, then New team, naming it the way families say it out loud, picking the sport and setting the season dates. Make one team per group that practises together. Chat, the schedule and fees all live at the team level.

Create a team
- Open your program.
- Tap Teams, then New team.
- Name the team the way families say it out loud. "14U Boys" beats "Team 3".
- Pick the sport.
- Set the season start and end dates. These control which events show as upcoming and when the season archive is created.
- Tap Create.
Set it up before you invite anyone
Two minutes here saves a lot of questions later.
- Add your practice location so it prefills on every event.
- Set the default arrive-by time.
- Decide whether assistant coaches can post events.
- Add your fee if you are collecting one, so families see it the moment they join.
Adding more teams
Repeat the steps above. Every team you add sits under the same program, and you switch between them from the team picker at the top of the screen. Your families only see the teams they belong to.
Archiving a team
At the end of a season, open the team, tap Settings, then Archive. The chat history, the schedule and the payment records stay readable. Nobody can post into an archived team, which is usually exactly what you want in December.
