Open your program, tap Money, then Connect payment account, and finish Stripe's identity checks. Card payments then go straight to your own account, usually two business days after they clear. TeamLockIn takes a 0% platform fee on team fees and fundraisers; only Stripe's processing fee applies.
Team money never sits with TeamLockIn. It goes to a payment account that belongs to your program, and you connect that account once before your first fee.
Connect
- Open your program and tap Money.
- Tap Connect payment account.
- You are handed to Stripe, which handles the payment side.
- Enter your details and finish their checks.
- You come back to TeamLockIn with the account connected.
What Stripe asks for
Expect to provide your legal name, date of birth, address, the last four of your social security number, and the bank account where payouts should land. If your program is a registered non profit or an LLC, choose the business option and have your EIN ready.
These checks are a legal requirement for anyone taking payments. We do not see or store this information.
Fees
TeamLockIn takes 0% platform fee on team fees and fundraisers. Stripe's own processing fee applies to every card payment. You can choose to pass that processing fee to families, or absorb it, from Money → Settings.
Payouts
Payouts run on Stripe's normal schedule, usually two business days after a payment clears, into the bank account you connected. You can see every payout under Money → Payouts.
If verification stalls
Stripe sometimes asks for a document. Open Money and any outstanding request appears at the top of the screen. Until it is cleared, families can still pay, but payouts are held.
