Change your plan from your avatar menu under Plan and billing, then Change plan. Starter is $15 monthly or $149 annually, Plus is $30 monthly or $299 annually, and Premium is $60 monthly or $599 annually. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial. Players and parents never pay. If you downgrade, archive teams until you are under the new limit.
Coaches pay for TeamLockIn. Players and parents never do, on any plan. Monthly and annual billing are available, and every plan starts with a 14 day free trial.
See your plan
- Tap your avatar, then Account.
- Tap Plan and billing.
- Your current plan, your renewal date and your payment method are all on this screen.
Upgrade
- Open Plan and billing.
- Tap Change plan and pick the higher plan.
- You are charged the difference for the rest of your current year, not a full new year.
The extra capacity is available immediately.
Downgrade
Tap Change plan and pick the lower plan. The change takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. If you are over the limits of the lower plan on the renewal date, you will be asked to archive teams before it applies.
Cancel
- Open Plan and billing.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Confirm.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the term you have already paid for. Your data is not deleted on cancellation. Teams become read only, and everything is still there if you come back next season.
Subscription payments are not refunded. That is what the free trial is for.
If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play
Manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. We cannot cancel or refund a purchase made through them.
Updating your card
Open Plan and billing and tap Update payment method.
